Daisy is a sweet little pumpkin that we rescued from a shelter in San Diego.  Daisy is in MD now, and she has had her medical needs taken care of.  She came to us with mammary tumors and ovarian cysts.  The tumors and cysts have been removed and she is now spayed.  She had her teeth cleaned and her blood work looks great!

Daisy is the most gentle little eskie girl, and she is tiny.  She loves to be by my side at all times.  She never barks and has a wonderful countenance and temperament.  She loves everyone, furry and not so furry.

If you are interested in meeting Daisy, please e-mail me at Heidi@eskierescuers.org

Update on Daisy:
I (Gary) temporaily fostered Daisy for three weeks. When she first came to my home she did a lot of dribbling.  She is very submissive. The longer she stayed in our home the less she dribbled. She would sleep with me in bed all night with a diaper on and never make a mess. I think a lot of the problem is fear and excitment.  She is one of the sweetest little girls that I have ever fostered. She needs a home where someone can take time to walk her and give her a chance to adapt.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please click the donation button below to make a tax-deductible donation through PayPal and help make a difference to even one American Eskimo dog!
