Hello everyone. My name is Jacob and I have found that my world has suddenly been turned upside down! Recently, I was dropped in the overnight drop at a local animal shelter in Colorado. I don't know what happened...I was living in a home somewhere and suddenly I was living in the shelter. That shelter was really scary, so they called the Eskie Rescuers and they came and took me away from there. Thank goodness! In my former life, I was VERY well fed, and therefore I am now pretty overweight. So my caretakers are watching what I am eating and I'm getting lots of exercise. Soon, I'll be svelt and even more beautiful than I already am! I have lots and lots of long eskie fur, and when I was picked up from the shelter, it was pretty matted. But I have now been groomed and I'm such a beautiful boy! I like to prance around now and show everyone how beautiful I am. I'm so happy to be away from the shelter and I'm having a great time playing with a bunch of new doggie friends. I've been getting along great with all the people at the doggie daycare where I am staying...they are so nice to me! I am nervous when I first meet people, but once I realize they aren't going to hurt me, I am big lovebug! ERU thinks that I am housetrained, so that isn't a problem! I'm up-to-date on my shots and I was neutered in my former home. So I'm ready to find my new loving, forever home. Would you please consider a nice boy like me? I'll make you so happy!! Thanks for considering me!
