Hi my name is Scotty. I am so looking for my forever home,. Wont you please help me. I have been in foster care for way too long. I have no idea why someone has not adopted me already. I am super with people and kids. I love everyone. How many of my breed can say that?? I have good manners, I am housebroken.

I was rescued from a shelter in Maryland. I was not being put up for adoption because I do not get along very well with other dogs. It would be best if I was the only dog in the home.

Update: My foster Dad has been working with me to help me get over my problems with other dogs.

I am very friendly with people. Every person that I met I wag my tail and am very excited to see. I love to be pet and will groan in pleasure whenever you pet me. You can tell that I love you because I will look back at you with my adoring eyes. I also like to follow you around the house. My favorite spot is by your feet under your desk if possible.

I don't need a lot of exercise, so I am just fine with staying indoors most of the time. However I still do enjoy going for walks.

Is Not Good with Dogs, Not Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
